The Service helps advertisers, founders, marketers, and agencies research ads, create campaign drafts, connect advertiser-owned ad accounts, review campaign changes, publish approved changes, and report on advertising performance through supported advertising platforms.

You may use the Service for personal or commercial advertising workflows, provided that you comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and the terms, policies, and permissions of any connected advertising platform.

2. Connected Advertising Accounts

When you connect an advertising account, you authorize AdKit to access that account only for the functionality you request, such as displaying campaigns, preparing drafts, updating budgets or statuses, uploading or selecting creatives, publishing approved changes, and retrieving reports.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to connect each advertising account and approve any campaign, ad, creative, targeting, budget, or reporting action performed through the Service. You may disconnect supported advertising accounts at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, unsafe, or platform-prohibited ads or campaigns. You are responsible for the accuracy of your ad content, targeting selections, budgets, landing pages, business information, and compliance with platform advertising policies.

4. Modification and Discontinuation of Service

https://adkit.so reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any portion thereof, at any time without notice. https://adkit.so will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

https://adkit.so will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim, even if https://adkit.so has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
